It's not hard to assume he was dumb in the first season. He actually
blieved that Hemoglobin was a star sign!! Also, he even thought of
himself as dumb it seemed. Still, Frazz was insightful at times (i.e.
why were a couple of guys hanging checking out a disco which wasn't
for sale and also realizing people treated him a certain way because
of theirperceptionsof him).
